1、高效轉(zhuǎn)染——采用上市20年的Lonza(原Amaxa)專利Nucleofector細(xì)胞核轉(zhuǎn)染技術(shù),結(jié)合優(yōu)化的電轉(zhuǎn)染程序、細(xì)胞特異性轉(zhuǎn)染試劑、無鋁離子毒害的新型聚合物電極,同時提高細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染效率和轉(zhuǎn)染后細(xì)胞活率。
2、快速優(yōu)化——真正的96個孔獨立轉(zhuǎn)染,可用于不同細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染或同一細(xì)胞不同轉(zhuǎn)染條件的摸索,通過較低的細(xì)胞、轉(zhuǎn)染試劑、轉(zhuǎn)染耗材成本,短時間快速推進(jìn)實驗進(jìn)程。
3、兼容性——96孔模塊摸索的轉(zhuǎn)染條件,可方便地應(yīng)用于4D核轉(zhuǎn)儀的X模塊和LV大體積轉(zhuǎn)染模塊、或Lonza 384孔高通量轉(zhuǎn)染系統(tǒng),簡單實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)染規(guī)模的線性放大。
4、自動化處理——96孔模塊可集成于液體處理工作站中,實現(xiàn)自動化處理,提升實驗效率,減少人工誤差。
